In the event that a customer receives all or part of their order as damage or defective upon delivery (within 72 hours of delivery) or not within the specifications advertised, they have the option to return or exchange for a functional product. Conduct Science will cover shipping costs. The returns policy does not cover customer’s no longer wanting the item/s or damages resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
This returns policy is only valid for the original consumer purchaser and at our discretion. In no event shall Conduct Science be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
