Conduct Science offers a one-year warranty for all products based on the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in workmanship or materials of the products. However, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, neglect, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
The warranty is only valid for the original consumer purchaser and at our discretion, we will repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective. In no event shall Conduct Science be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
If you encounter a problem with your product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] or by phone at (888) 267-4324. Please note that before returning the product, you will need to obtain an RMA (returned materials authorization) number from our customer service team.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges when returning the product. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs or replacement. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original device. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
