If you're only planning to track in a single maze then there aren't really any special requirements and almost any computer built in the last five years should work fine. However, if you want to track in multiple mazes simultaneously then you may need a more powerful machine. ANY-maze runs under all 64-bit versions of Windows from Windows 7 to Windows 11.
