RotaRod Motor Replacement Instruction

RotaRod Motor Replacement Instructions

1. Open Motor Cover

Remove the four screws on the motor cover
If needed, run the RotaRod and observe that the motor is not turning with cover open

2. Remove Motor from the Wheel

Loosen or remove the four screws connecting the motor to the metal panel and push the motor so that the motor wheel can be separated from the belt
Use hex driver to loosen the screws inside the wheel

3. Replace Motor

Cut the existing motor cable in the middle and connect the cable pointed by the green arrow with the new motor
Connect each wire with the same color and cover the wire metal so that no metal is exposed

4. Reassemble

Reverse the process to reinstall the motor
